Once Whatcetra is integrated with Zoho CRM, the below features are possible:

Use WhatsApp number in two ways:

  1. Each Zoho CRM user uses individual WhatsApp number

  2. Single WhatsApp number shared with multiple or all Zoho CRM users.

1.Individual WhatsApp number by each Zoho CRM user

In the case of an individual WhatsApp number used by each user, then he/she should have to keep logged in to the respective numbers in their Web browser so that the messages will be sent from that number.

2. Single shared WhatsApp number with multiple or all Zoho CRM users

If a single WhatsApp number is going to be shared with multiple users, then anyone should act as an admin and keep the WhatsApp web logged in to their browser so the other users send messages from the WhatCetra Conversations by switching profile to the "Organization" account, and the messages will be sent from the number, the admin is hosting.
